Water in the basement can be a disaster. Even a few inches of water can cause untold thousands of dollars in damage. Not to mention the headaches of removing valuables and the time it takes to replace many of the mechanical devices that your house depends on for comfort and stability. There are times when water infiltrates into your basement for a number of reasons and you have no idea it is happening.
This is where we enter the picture. Basepump BWA-SW water alarm system can monitor both your sump water level as well as water that gets on to the floor. Water can seep in from cracks in the concrete as well as the seam between the wall and the floor. Water can rise up from the sump when your sump pump fails.
